What are forms? A form is composed of text boxes and checkboxes that a site visitor fills
out in order to send required information to the site host, webmaster, etc..
* We will create a basic layout for your page(s) or you may choose from any existing KEP Internet FrontPage Theme to use as your website graphical
look. We have almost 100 themes available.
All user-provided graphics must be used "as-is". If they require customization, the rates listed below will
apply.
