On the Servers Tab:

• Check (change if necessary) the incoming and outgoing mail names are "mail." + your domain name

• Check (change if necessary) the Account name is YOUR email address.

• Make SURE you put your FULL email address (including the domain name) in or you won't get mail!

• Enter your password, if necessary.

• You may click "remember password" if you wish.  This will save you from having to enter it each time you want to retrieve email.

• Make SURE the other two checkboxes at the bottom are the same as shown below.

  • In other email programs, you should get an option saying something to the effect of 'server requires authentication'.  Be sure you select that option!
