The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Agreement. Any litigation shall take place in Volusia County. Any costs of collection of moneys due under this agreement shall be borne by the customer. This Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy, is the sole agreement between the parties regarding connection to and use of KEP.NET’s Internet networking facilities. The customer states that he/she or it's authorized agent has read and understands the terms and conditions as stated herein. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
